Title: Payroll Specialist Location: Jersey City, NJ (Hybrid – 2 days onsite) Duration: 3–6 monthsJob Summary: We are seeking an experienced Payroll Consultant to support multi-country payroll operations across the US, Canada, and Costa Rica. This role involves payroll processing, reconciliation, compliance, and coordination with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely pay cycles.Key Responsibilities:Process and reconcile payroll for the US, Canada, and Costa Rica, including off-cycle and special paymentsEnsure accurate benefits deductions and enter necessary payroll adjustmentsRespond to payroll inquiries and maintain payroll policies and proceduresOversee paycheck issuance and electronic paymentsPrepare and distribute payroll summary reportsSupport internal and external payroll auditsQualifications:Strong payroll processing experience (multi-country preferred)Knowledge of payroll regulations and complianceExcellent attention to detail and communication skills
