Location: Newark, NJ | Full-Time | Onsite/Hybrid - FULL TIME

Liberty Payroll & HR, a trusted provider of payroll and human resource solutions since 2004, is growing! We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Implementation Specialist to join our Client Services team. This role is essential in ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for our new clients.

Important Requirement:

Experience with iSolved Payroll Software is mandatory. Please do not apply if you do not have direct experience with iSolved.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the setup and conversion process for new payroll clients using iSolved payroll software.

• Serve as a trusted guide for clients—training, supporting, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

• Maintain data integrity throughout the implementation process.

• Provide exceptional client service, communication, and follow-up.

• Manage multiple projects and deadlines with accuracy and professionalism.

• Work with file imports and troubleshoot payroll-related issues.

• Collaborate with Sales and Client Services to ensure a successful transition.

What You Bring:

• iSolved payroll software experience – required

• Strong knowledge of payroll concepts and payroll tax regulations

• 2 years of payroll client service or implementation experience (CPP preferred)

• College degree preferred or equivalent experience

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work efficiently both independently and in a team environment
