About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Lead Consultant – Microsoft 365 to lead enterprise consulting engagements, design and implement Microsoft 365 solutions, and guide projects from initial estimation through delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent client-facing communication skills, and a proven track record delivering complex Microsoft technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver Microsoft 365 migrations, tenant consolidations, and hybrid identity solutions.
Lead discussions with executive, business, and technical stakeholders.
Develop project estimates, Statements of Work (SOWs), and detailed workflow documentation.
Automate administrative and migration tasks using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph APIs.
Design and implement secure enterprise Microsoft 365 environments.
Provide technical leadership throughout project planning, implementation, and delivery.
Required Qualifications
10–15 years of overall IT experience, including 8 years designing and implementing Microsoft technologies.
5 years delivering Microsoft 365 consulting engagements for enterprise customers.
Deep expertise in Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams.
Strong experience with Active Directory, hybrid identity, and on-premises Exchange design, deployment, and decommissioning.
Solid understanding of authentication protocols, identity governance, Microsoft 365 security, and Zero Trust principles.
Strong PowerShell scripting skills and hands-on experience with Microsoft Graph APIs.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Microsoft certifications: MS-102, SC-300, SC-100, SC-400, or AZ-305.
Experience with Microsoft Purview, Defender, and Sentinel.
Experience with mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and tenant-to-tenant migrations.
Hands-on experience with ShareGate, BitTitan, Quest, or AvePoint migration tools.
