We are looking for a confident, energetic, and highly motivated Sales/Telephone Specialist who is excellent on the phone and knows how to turn interested prospects into scheduled dental consultations.
What You’ll Do:
- Speak with prospective patients interested in dental treatment
- Handle inbound leads and follow up with prospective patients
- Build rapport and confidently guide conversations toward scheduling
- Identify patient needs and communicate the value of a consultation
- Follow up consistently and help convert leads into appointments
- Maintain a professional, friendly, and positive phone presence
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Spanish — REQUIRED
- Excellent verbal and telephone communication skills
- Strong sales and closing ability
- Confident, persuasive, and personable
- Able to navigate conversations and overcome objections
- Previous sales, call-center, healthcare, or dental experience preferred
