Position: Maintenance Mechanic (Plant & Warehouse)
Location: Ripon, WI
Duration: Full-time/Permanent
Qualifications
- Experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance
- Strong mechanical knowledge of:
- Power transmission systems (chains, sprockets, gearboxes, bearings)
- Basic hydraulics and pneumatics
- Ability to troubleshoot equipment in a live production environment
- Welding, machining, or fabrication experience preferred
- PLC exposure preferred but not required
- Open to candidates from manufacturing, automotive, military, construction, or similar backgrounds
Schedule Details
Plant Maintenance Mechanic
- Pack Season (Late June – Mid November):12-hour shifts: 5:00am–5:00pm or 5:00pm–5:00am
- 2-shift operation
- 1 scheduled day off per week
- Shift rotation midway through the season
- Daily overtime required
- Off-Season:1 shift operation
- 4 days per week, 10-hour shifts starting at 5:00am
Warehouse Maintenance Mechanic – Night Shift
- Off-Season:5 days per week, 8-hour shifts
- Start time typically around 2:00pm
- Peak Season (Late October – December):2-shift operation
- Hours vary based on order volume and shipping demand
