Job Title: Warehouse Associate
Location: Garden Grove, CA
Pay Rate: $20–25/hour
Job Summary:
We are hiring a Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, order picking, shipping, receiving, and material handling. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick and stage materials for production and customer orders
- Perform inventory cycle counts and maintain stock accuracy
- Receive, inspect, label, and organize incoming shipments
- Stock warehouse inventory and replenish production materials
- Package, verify, and prepare outgoing shipments
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse
- Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned
Requirements:
- 1 year of warehouse, inventory, or shipping/receiving experience preferred
- Experience with order picking, inventory control, and material handling
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable, punctual, and a team-oriented attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while following safety procedures
