Responsibilities:
- Make outbound collection calls to customers for overdue payments.
- Send payment reminders, collection emails, and account statements.
- Follow up on outstanding invoices and payment commitments.
- Report and track disputed invoices.
- Maintain accurate records of collection activities and customer communications.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of collections experience.
- Experience handling customer calls and payment follow-ups.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Basic understanding of accounting or billing terms.
Salary : $30 - $35
