Account Manager
Location: Brea, CA
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (Flexibility Required)
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Account Manager to join our growing aerospace manufacturing team. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for customer accounts while coordinating closely with internal departments to ensure excellent service, timely delivery, and successful project execution.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience managing customer relationships, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day customer communication and account activities
• Maintain customer order status, schedules, and delivery alignment
• Lead customer status meetings and provide proactive updates
• Coordinate with engineering, production, quality, planning, and supply chain teams
• Support RFQs, quotations, and customer purchase order reviews
• Track and manage recovery plans for delayed or urgent orders
• Resolve customer concerns related to orders, deliveries, and returns
• Ensure customer specifications, drawings, and shipping requirements are communicated internally
• Support business growth and customer satisfaction initiatives
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Engineering, or related field)
• Minimum 2 years of Aerospace Industry experience required
• Strong customer service and account management experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Preferred Experience
• Experience working in a cross-functional manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with customer order management and production coordination
Salary : $75,000 - $100,000
