Documentation That Does Not Follow You Home
At our clinic, we are intentional about keeping documentation manageable and realistic. We do not want clinicians spending hours after work catching up on notes or taking documentation home at the end of the day.
Our systems are designed to help you stay on top of documentation during your workday, so you can focus on patient care while you are here and actually disconnect when your day is done.
You will still be expected to complete accurate, timely documentation, but we do not believe documentation should take over your evenings, weekends, or personal life.
