What You'll Do
- Perform comprehensive orthopedic evaluations
- Identify movement dysfunctions and functional limitations
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical findings
- Deliver evidence-based Physical Therapy interventions
- Progress patients confidently from evaluation through discharge
- Educate patients on recovery, injury prevention, and long-term wellness
- Collaborate with Physical Therapist Assistants to ensure continuity of care
- Contribute to a positive clinic culture focused on patient outcomes and professional growth
Who We're Looking For
- Licensed Physical Therapist or license-eligible in Virginia
- New graduates seeking strong mentorship are encouraged to apply
- Early-career PTs looking to accelerate clinical growth
- Clinicians who value patient-centered care and relationship building
- Interest in orthopedic rehabilitation and manual therapy
- Dry Needling experience is a plus, but not required
- Comfortable supervising PTAs
Schedule
- Monday through Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 1:20 PM
- No on-call requirements
