Employment Type: Part time Shift: Rotating Shift Description: ARDMS Ultrasound Tech Registry/PRN Location: Mishawaka, IN Schedule: Registry/PRN Rotation: Flexible Schedule About the Job Performs diagnostic and vascular ultrasonography procedures to support physicians in the diagnosis and treatment of patients. Accurately captures imaging data, communicates pertinent clinical information to the interpreting physician, and monitors patients throughout procedures to identify and respond to any abnormalities. Requirements Education Completion of two to three years of post–high school education in: Radiologic Technology Ultrasonography Or a related field Equivalent on-the-job training or education may be considered Licensure / Certification One of the following certifications (or eligibility required): ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) ARDMS (American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography) RDCS (Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer) Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) Registry-eligible candidates must obtain certification within 3 years of hire Current CPR certification required Experience Completion of at least two years of occupationally specific education beyond high school in: Radiologic Technology Ultrasonography Or related training/experience Why Saint Joseph Health System?
