About the Role
In-Phase Technologies is seeking an experienced Procurement Supervisor to take ownership of our purchasing and supply chain operations during a period of strong growth. This is a high-impact role for a mid-to-senior procurement professional who excels at optimizing processes, strengthening supplier partnerships, and driving strategic improvements across the organization.
You will oversee end-to-end supply chain functions—including procurement, vendor management, inventory control, and demand planning—and serve as a key contributor to our production, engineering, and leadership teams.
We are looking for someone who brings strategic insight, operational excellence, and the confidence to lead initiatives that enhance performance, reduce costs, and support long-term business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development, implementation, and continuous refinement of procurement and supply chain strategies.
- Manage sourcing, purchasing, and supplier negotiations to ensure cost competitiveness and material availability.
- Strengthen supplier and vendor relationships, ensuring consistent quality, reliability, and contract compliance.
- Oversee inventory planning and control processes to maintain optimal stock levels and predict future needs.
- Monitor and analyze supply chain KPIs; identify improvement opportunities using lean principles and data-driven insights.
- Leverage ERP systems—such as Oracle EBS and Total ETO—to streamline procurement workflows and maintain accurate data.
- Build cross-functional alignment with engineering, production, finance, and leadership to support organizational goals.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, industry standards, and best practices in procurement and supply chain management.
Qualifications & Experience
- 5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or materials management (Defense manufacturing or defense technology industry preferred).
- Strong understanding of sourcing strategies, supplier management, and cost-reduction methodologies.
- Demonstrated experience with inventory control, MRP/ERP systems, and demand planning.
- Proficiency in Oracle EBS, Total ETO, or comparable ERP solutions.
- Ability to build insightful dashboards using Power BI or similar analytics tools.
- Proven negotiating ability and experience managing key supplier relationships.
- Solid analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate complex data and drive actionable improvements.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with technical and operational teams.
- Leadership qualities suited for mentoring, guiding processes, and influencing cross-functional decision-making.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen to be considered for this position.
