About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and organized Construction Dispatcher to help manage incoming leads, coordinate crews, and keep projects moving efficiently. This role requires someone who understands how construction offices operate and can communicate clearly with clients, project managers, and field teams.
Average project tickets range between $10,000 – $90,000, so strong organization and follow-through are important.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls, leads, and client inquiries
- Schedule estimates, site visits, and project timelines
- Dispatch crews and coordinate with project managers
- Track jobs, updates, and client communication in CRM systems
- Follow up with leads and help move projects toward closing
- Maintain organized job records and scheduling
- Support general office operations and workflow
Requirements
- Experience in construction dispatching, scheduling, or office management
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple jobs and schedules at once
- Comfortable working with CRM and dispatch software
- Knowledge of HighLevel and Workiz preferred
- Spanish speaking preferred
Compensation
- Base pay (minimum wage) commission
- Commission based on projects scheduled and closed
- Average project value: $10,000 – $90,000
