Job Overview
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and highly organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment while ensuring the smooth operation of daily front desk and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome patients in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer and direct incoming calls promptly using the phone system.
- Manage appointment scheduling to maximize efficiency for staff and clients.
- Perform administrative duties including data entry, typing, and handling correspondence.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area.
- Collaborate with and provide support to other departments as needed.
Qualifications
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus and highly valued.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Previous front desk or receptionist experience preferred, but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; QuickBooks experience is a plus.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
