We are hiring compassionate and dependable Caregivers for full-time, part-time, and PRN (as-needed) positions in Kenosha, WI. You will provide essential personal care and daily living support to clients in their homes or in a facility setting, helping them maintain dignity, comfort, and independence. Schedule
Schedule varies per client needs. Day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts available across full-time, part-time, and PRN arrangements.
Duties
- Assist with personal hygiene care including bathing, grooming, oral care, and dressing
- Provide incontinence care with dignity and respect, including toileting assistance and briefs changes
- Help with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
- Prepare and serve all meals — breakfast, lunch, and dinner — according to dietary needs and preferences
- Assist with bedtime preparation including evening routines, positioning, and comfort care
- Perform general household tasks: light cleaning, laundry, dishes, and tidying common areas
- Provide medication reminders as directed by the individualized care plan
- Offer companionship, conversation, and emotional support to clients and their families
- Document care provided and promptly report any changes in client condition to a supervisor
- Follow all individualized care plans and agency policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Previous caregiving, home health, or direct support experience a plus
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred
- Must pass a background check
- Dependable, compassionate, and a strong communicator
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
