Hospice RN QA Clinical Manager

Job Summary

Duties

• Provide strategic leadership and supervision for nursing staff across multiple units, ensuring high standards of patient care and safety.
• Oversee daily clinical operations, including patient assessments, vital signs monitoring, medical documentation, and coordination of care plans.
• Work closely with the interdisciplinary team (IDT) to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care and participate in IDT meetings
• Coordinate care delivery among nurses, social workers, chaplains, aides, and volunteers
• Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems
• Lead quality assurance initiatives by analyzing clinical data, managing incident reports, and implementing process improvements aligned with best practices in nursing management.
• Must be willing to perform field visits as necessary
• Community Outreach and Marketing as assigned

Requirements

• Valid RN license with current state registration; additional certifications such as Basic Life Support (BLS) preferred
• Hospice and Palliative care experience required
• Experience in quality assurance, compliance, or case management strongly preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Base Pay: $35.00 - $52.50 per hour
