Part-Time Creative Admin Assistant (Virtual Assistant, Video Editing Focus)
About In Full Detail
In Full Detail Creative Agency is a photography and content strategy business led by Gina Ribando, serving small businesses and CPG brands with elevated visuals and marketing support. Projects range from brand and product photography support to ongoing social content creation, planning, and reporting, plus building organized systems in Notion that keep everything running smoothly.
Role Summary
We are looking for a reliable, proactive part-time assistant who can support both the creative and operational sides of the business. This is a great fit for someone who already has baseline skills, wants real-world experience in a creative agency environment, and is excited to grow as a creative and/or aspiring entrepreneur.
You will help keep projects moving, reduce admin load, support client content workflows, and assist with video editing, especially CapCut editing for short-form and (bonus) YouTube video editing.

Hours Pay
- Hours: 5 to 25 hours per month (flexes with workload and launches)
- Pay: $17 to $25 per hour, depending on experience and skill level
Key Responsibilities
1) Video editing support (priority)
- Edit short-form videos in CapCut (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) using provided footage, notes, and examples.
- Add basic polish: trimming, pacing, captions, simple transitions, light music/sfx, and on-brand formatting.
- Export correctly for each platform (aspect ratio, file naming, versions).
- Bonus: assist with YouTube video editing (basic assembly, tightening, adding b-roll, captions, simple sound leveling, and packaging support like timestamps or chapters).
2) Client content creation support
- Turn raw notes, outlines, or talking points into content drafts (captions, simple carousel copy, short-form hook ideas).
- Repurpose content across platforms when needed.
- Help organize client content deliverables and keep assets easy to find (folders, links, naming conventions).
3) Admin and operations support
- Keep Notion updated with task statuses, due dates, and next steps.
- Light inbox and scheduling support (as assigned), follow-ups, reminders, sending links, and keeping client info organized.
- Assist with pulling basic performance data for reporting (platform metrics, simple monthly snapshots).
- Help prep onboarding materials, checklists, and “before we send” quality checks for client portals and deliverables.
4) Content and brand support for In Full Detail
- Support Gina’s own content workflow, especially around YouTube and social content consistency, which is an active growth focus.
- Assist with basic formatting, uploading support, and organizing a repeatable workflow (titles, descriptions, links, timestamps when applicable).
What success looks like (30 to 60 days)
- Gina can hand you a rough brief, folder of clips, or a Notion task and trust that it will move forward with minimal back and forth.
- Short-form edits are clean, on time, and consistent.
- Notion stays up to date so nothing gets lost.
- Client tasks feel lighter because the “support layer” is handled proactively.
Required skills
- Comfortable editing in CapCut (or able to ramp up fast).
- Strong organization skills
- Clear written communication, you ask good questions when something is unclear.
- Ability to take feedback well and apply it consistently.
- Comfortable learning and working inside Notion (or highly willing to learn).
Nice-to-have skills
- YouTube editing experience (CapCut, Premiere, DaVinci, Final Cut, any is fine).
- Basic design skills (Canva).
- Familiarity with social media best practices, hooks, and pacing for short-form.
- Interest in small business marketing, content creation, or client work.
Working style and expectations
- Remote, async-friendly, with occasional scheduled check-ins.
- You will receive clear priorities, templates, and examples, then you will be trusted to execute.
- This role rewards someone who takes initiative and thinks, “What would make this easier for Gina and for the client?”
Who this is perfect for
- A creative person who wants agency-style experience without a full-time job.
- A student or early-career creative who wants mentorship, portfolio-building, and real client work.
- Someone who genuinely likes both creative work and admin structure, and can switch between the two.
