We're seeking a
Quality Assurance Manager
to lead quality initiatives, ensure ISO 9001 compliance, and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing operations. This role is critical in maintaining product integrity, supporting customer satisfaction, and enhancing overall quality performance.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and optimize quality control processes
- Maintain ISO 9001 standards, manage audits, and resolve non-conformances
- Oversee product inspections, testing, and documentation
- Supervise QA staff, providing coaching and feedback
- Monitor raw material and supplier quality
- Conduct statistical/data analysis and generate detailed reports
- Identify improvement opportunities and streamline quality procedures
- Engage customers for feedback and quality requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Quality Engineering, Quality Management, or related field (Chemistry/Material Science a plus)
- 10 years of Quality Management experience (manufacturing preferred)
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality control systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP or similar ERP preferred
- Leadership experience with the ability to guide and develop a team
- Solid understanding of data analysis and statistical methods
Working Environment
- Mix of office, warehouse, and plant floor environments
- Must follow safety policies and wear appropriate PPE
