We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong technical background and proven leadership in managing complex engineering projects. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to plan, direct, and coordinate multiple projects across global operations. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of project planning, lean practices, risk management, and modern engineering methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers and internal sales to define technical, schedule, and delivery requirements
- Translate customer specifications into system requirements and actionable project plans
- Identify and resolve gaps in information for machine design and assembly
- Review quotations, specifications, and contracts for technical feasibility
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules from order intake through commissioning
- Coordinate priorities, resources, schedules, and scope across multiple projects
- Lead engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure project alignment
- Support manufacturing activities and participate in testing and equipment buy-off
- Track project changes and communicate updates to stakeholders
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, supply chain, operations, and quality teams
- Evaluate and recommend improvements to project management processes
- Communicate project progress, resource utilization, and key metrics to leadership
- Ensure scope, quality, cost, and delivery commitments are met
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent technical experience
- Strong understanding of complex mechanical systems and PLC-driven automation equipment
- Expertise in project planning, scheduling, risk mitigation, and performance analysis
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to travel 5–20% as needed
