We’re seeking a hands-on Human Resources Manager to lead HR strategy and people operations across two manufacturing facilities. You will partner closely with leadership, support employees at all levels, and foster a positive, compliant, and collaborative work culture. Union experience is required.
🎯 What You’ll Do
- 🤝 Partner with site leadership to align HR strategy with business goals
- 🔍 Lead full-cycle recruitment for hourly and salaried positions
- 🧭 Coach managers on employee relations and performance matters
- ⚖️ Ensure compliance with labor laws, policies, and union agreements
- 📊 Maintain accurate HRIS data and generate reporting
- 📈 Support training, development, and succession planning initiatives
- 👟 Be a visible, approachable HR presence on the production floor
- ✈️ Travel between sites approximately 30–40%
✅ What You Bring
- 🎓 Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 🏭 5 years of HR leadership experience in an industrial manufacturing environment
- 🤝 Proven experience working in a union environment (required)
- 📚 Strong understanding of labor law relations and compliance
- 🗣 Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- 🔄 Ability to balance multiple priorities and lead through change
Salary : $110,000 - $115,000
