Engineering Administrative Assistant – Manassas, Virginia

Hourly Rate: $17-21/hr
In-Depth Engineering is actively seeking an Engineering Assistant to join our team. Engineering experience is not required, as this is an entry level position and training will be provided by experienced personnel. This team member will be tasked with data entry and analysis using software change management tools, creating reports to document the project progress, and providing administrative support internal and external to the organization.
This is a permanent, full-time position and the work will be performed on-site in Manassas, Virginia.
Candidates for consideration must be a US citizen and have or be able to obtain an active Department of Defense secret clearance.
Duties:

Data entry and analysis using software change management tools

Creating reports to document the project progress

Providing administrative support internal and external to the organization
Requirements:

Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD clearance

HS Diploma or GED equivalent

0-3 years of administrative experience

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office with demonstrated experience with Excel and PowerPoint

Excellent inter-personal skills

Excellent verbal and written communication
Preferred Qualifications/Skills:

Knowledge of Microsoft Office macro usage and/or other automation tasks

Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat file creation and workflows

Previous customer support and/or administrative skills
