Contract Length: Approximately 3 Months
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $19.57–$23.00 per hour
We are seeking a Print Management First Responder for a contract assignment supporting a healthcare environment. This role is responsible for providing on-site printer support, troubleshooting equipment issues, resolving paper jams, replacing toner, and assisting with printer installations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to printer support requests and troubleshoot hardware issues
- Resolve paper jams and basic printer malfunctions
- Deliver and replace toner and other consumables
- Assist with printer installations and equipment setup
- Maintain inventory of printer supplies and replacement parts
- Document service requests and resolutions
- Escalate complex technical issues when needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous IT Help Desk, Desktop Support, Technical Support, or Field Service experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs for equipment installation and movement
- Basic computer and troubleshooting skills
- Flu vaccination required
