What are the responsibilities and job description for the IT Help Desk Professional position at The Aero ALL-GAS Company?
As an “In House” IT operative working with office personnel, delivery drivers, and service technicians with technical questions/problems, it will be your responsibility to manage a variety of the company’s technology to maintain uninterrupted workflow throughout the organization.
These responsibilities include:
- Network installation and management
- Printer troubleshooting and maintenance
- MDM installation
- Crowdstrike EDR management
- Business phone management and onboarding
- Internet management
- Microsoft Administration and Microsoft 365 Suite
- Apple Business Manager
- Proprietary sites/applications
- General IT support
- Communication with IT vendors
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Windows, Apple products, and MAC.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, verbal, and oral communication skills combined with patience.
- Ability to efficiently learn and utilize new software applications.
- Basic use of tools and knowledge of IT hardware.
