Clinical Business Analyst - Finance

Job Summary

We are seeking a Clinical Business Analyst to support healthcare data analytics, reporting, financial operations, and process improvement. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with SQL, Python, data pipelines, ETL/ELT, relational databases, Tableau, and advanced Excel.

Key Responsibilities

·       Build and maintain data pipelines and analytical tools.

·       Analyze healthcare, operational, and financial data.

·       Develop reports and dashboards using Tableau, Excel, and Epic data.

·       Create data models and ensure data accuracy and integrity.

·       Automate manual processes and identify efficiency improvements.

·       Gather business requirements and support cross-functional teams.

·       Assist with financial reporting, reconciliation, and planning.

Qualifications

·       Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Informatics, Analytics, or related field with relevant experience, or 4 years of experience in data analytics/software programming.

·       Strong SQL and Python skills.

·       Experience with ETL/ELT and data pipelines.

·       Healthcare/Epic experience preferred.

·       Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
