Duration: 13 Weeks (Contract)
Schedule: Three 12-hour shifts between 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM
Job Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to join a healthcare team at Oakhill Correctional Institution. This role involves providing direct patient care and supporting nursing staff in a structured and secure clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Monitor and record vital signs and patient conditions
- Support nursing staff with routine patient care tasks
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care
- Ensure a clean, safe, and organized patient environment
- Follow all facility policies and healthcare regulations
Requirements:
- Active Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) certification
- Previous experience in healthcare or long-term care preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and structured environment
- Comfortable working in a correctional facility setting
