These initiatives include managing the development and distribution of merchandising and point-of-sale materials, retail media, and providing support for field sales, operators, and distributors. In overseeing the day-to-day management of each client's business, our account teams are responsible for delivering results aligned with annual IMS P&L targets. Every member of the account team plays a clearly defined role that contributes directly to achieving the annual budget objectives.

What's the Opportunity?
IMS is seeking a Senior Account Manager to work onsite at the client office in Louisville, KY. The Senior Account Manager is responsible for the relationship of key clients as well as driving a variety of programs across multiple areas of the retail supply chain in Print/POS, Logistics (domestic and international), Branded Merchandise, Digital, Kitting/Distribution, Inventory Management and more. In collaboration with the Associate Account Director, the SAM will ensure overall client and account satisfaction while seeking out opportunities for organic growth. The SAM will also work closely with multiple internal functional departments to deliver best in class service and solutions. This role requires a proactive, resourceful, and organized individual who thinks “bigger picture” but is also able to keep the most minor project details organized.

Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Function as the main IMS point of contact for your clients and deliver exceptional service every day.
- Account Strategy: Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and recommend solutions that will help achieve their goals.
- Project Management: Oversee all aspects of a project lifecycle.
- Team Collaboration: Manage and mentor at least one junior team member while also working with multiple IMS departments to meet and exceed client expectations.
- Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular updates on program statuses and use reporting tools to provide business insights to clients as well as the IMS Account Director.
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve client concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications:
- 5-8 years of client and account management experience, preferably in marketing, advertising, or sourcing, with experience in CPG or beverage categories.
- 5 years POS retail experience; digital and static.
- Experience managing print production and manufacturing programs.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships through attention to detail and follow-up across all aspects of the process.
- Ability to manage multiple high priority projects simultaneously, while maintaining a poised, calm demeanor.
- Strong experience in the Microsoft Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with an ability and willingness to learn additional job management platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a desire for continuous learning and improvement.
- Bachelor's or associate degree is preferred.
