The Spare Parts/Tool Crib Coordinator is responsible for ordering, verifying and distributing parts for our machines and maintaining optimal inventory levels. We are looking for an individual who can create strong relationships with our vendors to ensure timely delivery and distribution of parts. In addition, this individual will maintain accurate accounting records for inventory.In addition, this individual will maintain accurate accounting records for inventory. Education requirements
- High school diploma and minimum 2-years of experience in materials management in a manufacturing setting.
Skills requirements
- Intermediate MS Office Skills with emphasis on Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with ERP systems
- Logical, hands-on problem-solving skills
- Ability to determine priorities
- Good organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Detail oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Work well with others to achieve common goals
Physical requirements
- Lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.
- Pushing and pulling up to 35 lbs. using material handling equipment
- Frequent standing, walking, handling, using fingers, reaching outward, reaching above shoulders, climbing, kneeling, bending and working from height
