What you’ll be doing
- Lead daily front-of-house operations to ensure warm, attentive service and an inviting atmosphere
- Support hiring, training, and scheduling a high-performing team that brings the Lola’s vibe to life
- Manage floor presence—greeting guests, supporting staff, and ensuring every shift runs seamlessly
- Drive revenue through creative promotions, events, and local partnerships
- Handle administrative tasks including payroll, inventories, and ordering
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and service standards
What you bring to the table
- At least 3 years of restaurant management experience (upscale casual, waterfront, or boutique dining preferred)
- A leadership style that inspires teamwork, professionalism, and positivity
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- A passion for hospitality—you love the energy of a busy dining room and the joy of a happy guest
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings
- Knowledge of POS systems and basic reporting
