MUST HAVE HOTEL SALES EXPERIENCE
We’re hiring a Director of Sales & Marketing to support three unique properties within Impulsive Group: Residence Inn Oceanfront Pompano, Sanctuary Hotel NYC, and Sands Harbor Resort & Marina. This role drives all sales strategy, revenue generation, and brand positioning across diverse markets while working closely with ownership and on-site leadership teams. It’s a highly hands-on position focused on results, relationships, and elevating each property’s visibility and performance.
What you’ll be doing
- Lead overarching sales and marketing strategy for all three hotels.
- Grow corporate, leisure, group, and extended-stay business segments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and local partners.
- Manage sales initiatives, proposals, site inspections, and presentations.
- Develop targeted marketing campaigns that reflect each property’s unique identity.
- Oversee digital presence, promotions, and brand storytelling.
- Analyze market trends and guide revenue strategy with forecasting and pricing recommendations.
What you bring to the table
- Proven hotel sales and marketing leadership experience.
- Strong background in corporate, leisure, and group markets.
- Experience with Marriott systems is a plus for the Pompano property.
- Ability to operate across multiple properties and markets with shifting priorities.
