Job Overview: We are currently seeking reliable and motivated Snow Shovelers to join our Sidewalk Crew. This as-needed position involves clearing snow and deicing walkways and entrances using shovels, snow blowers, and salt spreaders. No prior experience is required; we provide the necessary training

Key Responsibilities:

• Clear snow and ice from walkways, entrances, and other designated areas.
• Use shovels, snow blowers, and salt spreaders effectively.
• Work as part of a team under the direction of a crew leader.
• Maintain a positive attitude and communicate effectively with team members.
• Respond promptly to weather-related service requests, typically when snow accumulation reaches 2" or more.

Qualifications:

• Must have reliable transportation to our facility in Burton.
• Ability to travel with the crew leader in an Impullitti vehicle to various service locations.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to work in varying weather conditions.
• Availability for on-call work during snow events (this is a 24/7 service).
• No consistent work schedule; work is available as needed.

Compensation:

• Starting pay of $25 per hour as an independent contractor
• Paid weekly.
