Inside Sales Contact Center Representative

In this on-site sales role with remote potential, you’ll connect with prospective customers by phone and text to schedule in-home consultations. You’ll represent a trusted, award-winning brand while building practical sales skills, learning proven appointment-setting methods, and working toward clear performance goals with coaching and support from experienced leaders.

What You’ll Do

As an Inside Sales Contact Center Representative, you’ll be one of the first voices homeowners hear from Improveit. You’ll create a positive, professional experience, understand each homeowner’s interest, and schedule consultations with our sales team. Success in this role comes from being personable, organized, persuasive, and committed to consistently reaching appointment-setting goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective customers by phone and text to schedule in-home consultation appointments.
• Share Improveit’s value proposition, high-quality products, lifetime warranties, and customer-first experience in a clear and engaging way.
• Keep accurate records of customer conversations, follow-up activity, and appointment details in the CRM and related systems.
• Work toward weekly, monthly, and quarterly appointment-setting goals with consistency and accountability.
• Use our proven appointment-setting process and participate in ongoing training, coaching, and skill development.
• Build product knowledge so you can confidently explain benefits and answer common homeowner questions.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–3 years of inside sales, telemarketing, call center, or related customer-facing experience.
• Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• A self-driven, goal-oriented mindset and motivation to perform in a results-focused environment.
• Comfortable making and receiving calls, texts, and emails, with the ability to build quick connections with prospective customers.
• Tech-savvy
