Job Title: Part-Time Front Desk Agent (PM/AM Rotating)
On the River Inn is seeking a part-time Front Desk Agent to join our team. This position requires availability for PM shifts (3:00 PM 11:00 PM), with occasional AM shifts (7:00 AM 3:00 PM). We are looking for someone with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional guest service.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and interact with guests in a warm, welcoming, and professional manner
- Check guests in and out, ensuring:
- Accurate billing and payment processing
- Special requests are properly noted and fulfilled
- Guest information is recorded correctly
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest emails
- Make and confirm reservations
- Answer and assist with incoming phone calls
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to handle financial transactions accurately
- Comfortable using computers, including email, Microsoft Word, Excel, and property management systems
- Previous hospitality experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to stand and move throughout most of the shift
