What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Agent position at On The River Inn?

On The River Inn is seeking a part-time PM Front Desk Agent to join our team. This position requires availability from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities Include

Having a Welcoming and professional demeanor when greeting and interacting with all guests.

Check guests in and out, ensuring proper payment is received, special requests are noted & fulfilled, and accurate information is recorded.

Respond to all emails promptly

Make and confirm reservations

Answer & assist with phone calls

Experience preferred but not required. Looking for candidates who are responsible, driven, and have a passion for providing excellent customer service to every guest, every time!

The right candidate will have a focus on great customer service and enjoy working with people.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Work Location: In person

Salary : $17 - $19
