Imprimis Group is hiring a Software Implementation Specialist for a client located in downtown Dallas, TX. This role is indefinite contract with potential for hire. The Implementation Specialist provides technical design and support for the custom configurations of our clients software Loan Origination Systems (LOS). This role will assist with building the software layout specified by the users, and ensuring the smooth operation of the system, often requiring a strong understanding of their workflows.
Requirements:
- 3 years’ experience software implementation experience providing tailored design and configuration as LOS support, workflow support and network troubleshooting
- Technical expertise in various Mortgage Automation Software, Encompass required
- Mortgage industry experience particularly with LOS and related software, basic understanding of loan servicing workflows, loan origination, and/or mortgage processes is highly beneficial.
- Ability to analyze technical issues, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.
- Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to identify and resolve technical issues effectively.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new software and technologies.
- General understanding of mortgage compliance regulations.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Software experience required: MS Office, Encompass REQUIRED, and various lending/banking software/LOS platforms
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with building the software layout specified by the users, and ensuring the smooth operation of the system, often requiring a strong understanding of their workflows.
- Communicating effectively with users, developers, and other team members, and collaborating on solutions.
- Addressing workflow with mortgage companies, providing software set up, and resolutions to streamline their processes.
- Understanding and supporting workflows across different departments roles
- Monitoring system performance, identifying potential issues, and working with development teams to resolve problems is important.
- Communicating effectively with users, developers, and other team members, and collaborating on solutions.
- Stay abreast of software updates, new features, and user feedback to provide the best possible support.
Salary : $21 - $24
