Impressions Online Boutique is looking for a creative, trend-savvy storyteller to join our team as a Part-Time TikTok Content Creator. If you’re the friend who’s always first to say “we should make a TikTok,” and you live for the latest sounds, transitions, and viral ideas, this role is for you.

This position is hands-on—you’ll be brainstorming, filming, editing, posting, and engaging with our TikTok community daily. From styling videos and behind-the-scenes moments to influencer collabs and campaign launches, you’ll be the voice and vision of Impressions on TikTok.

We’re looking for someone who loves fashion, thrives on creativity, and can keep up with the fast pace of social trends while staying true to our brand’s Southern-chic vibe.

Responsibilities Include

• Concept, film, and edit original TikTok videos aligned with brand campaigns and seasonal trends.
• Stay on top of trending sounds, formats, and viral content ideas to keep our feed fresh.
• Work with influencers and models to plan and produce collaborative content.you
• Edit and upload content directly to TikTok with attention to captions, hashtags, and timing.
• Monitor and respond to comments, questions, and community interactions in a fun, brand-right way.you
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align TikTok content with broader social and campaign goals.
• Track TikTok performance and brainstorm ways to boost views, engagement, and followers.

Requirements

• Proven experience creating TikTok/Reels content (personal or professional).
• Strong video editing skills (CapCut, InShot, or similar).
• A natural feel for what’s trending and how to adapt it for a fashion brand.
• Comfortable in front of and behind the camera.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to film, edit, and post quickly to keep up with trends.
