What are the responsibilities and job description for the Content Production Coordinator (Part-Time, Contract) position at Nile Commerce?
Content Production Coordinator (Part-Time, 12-week Contract)
Location: Bentonville, AR (On-Site)
At Nile Commerce, every piece of content we create tells a bigger story — one that helps products come to life for shoppers and partners. Behind every photo, every video, and every product page (PDP) is a team working in rhythm, with purpose, and with values at the center.
We’re looking for a Content Production Coordinator who loves keeping projects on track, connecting people, and making sure creativity flows without chaos. If you’re the kind of person who thrives on organization, enjoys guiding others toward deadlines, and gets satisfaction from seeing projects come full circle — this role was designed with you in mind.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll be the heartbeat of our content process — managing the day-to-day scheduling and coordination of all media content projects and ensuring deadlines are met, stakeholders are aligned, and the team works efficiently across multiple projects.
Your days will include:
- Developing and maintaining detailed production schedules for photo, video, and PDP content so nothing slips through the cracks.
- Coordinating timelines and deliverables with internal teams and external partners to keep everyone aligned.
- Leading check-ins and status meetings that don’t just talk about blockers, but actively remove them and adjust schedules as needed.
- Overseeing workflow and providing guidance to two content team members as they bring product imagery and media projects to life.
- Giving leadership visibility into project timelines so they can make smarter decisions.
What You’ll Bring
- Strong project management and organizational skills — you’re at your best when things are structured and clear.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and meeting facilitation abilities to keep people moving together in the same direction.
- Familiarity with project and content management tools like Asana, Review Source, or Microsoft Office.
- A background in content production, marketing, or creative operations (bonus points if you’ve dabbled in Adobe Creative Cloud).
- A love for planning and process — because well-run projects make creativity shine.
Why Nile Commerce?
