Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and ensure high-quality service delivery across supportive housing programs
- Lead, supervise, and support case management staff to ensure effective service delivery
- Monitor program performance, outcomes, and compliance with funding and regulatory requirements
- Identify operational challenges and implement solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management of staff
- Collaborate with internal departments and community partners to coordinate services
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation, reporting, and billing standards
- Represent supportive housing programs in the community
- Promote a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, or related field
- Minimum of three (3) years of case management experience
- Supervisory or leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of trauma-informed care and community-based services
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Successfully complete a Level II background screening, local law check, and drug screen
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance
