What are the responsibilities and job description for the Graphic & Brand Designer position at Implicit US Brand & Marketing?
We're a small team doing big work, and we need a designer who doesn't need permission to be great.
At Implicit US, we build holistic brand ecosystems for small businesses that are exceptional at what they do but struggle to look like it. We're looking for a graphic designer who already thinks in design systems, owns their work from first call to final file, and can explain their decisions to a client without needing someone in the middle.
THE WORK
You'll design across print collateral, product packaging, large-format signage, apparel graphics, publication ads and marketing materials for multiple clients across industries. The variety is real: a brochure for a lakeside rental one day, product packaging for an organic soil company the next, vehicle wraps by Friday. You'll also occasionally develop full brand identities from the ground up. You work directly with clients on proofs and revisions, so your communication is just as important as your skill.
