Job Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our U.S. law firm’s marketing team. As part of our specialized marketing unit, this role will focus on producing high-quality visuals that strengthen the firm’s brand identity across digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong design portfolio, advanced technical skills, and the ability to translate complex ideas into visually compelling content.

Key Responsibilities

• Craft compelling marketing and advertising visuals, including banners, email templates, and social media assets
• Develop high-quality visual content that aligns with the firm’s brand guidelines and aesthetics
• Design visually engaging graphics for advertising campaigns, websites, and digital applications
• Stay current with design trends and propose innovative creative solutions to enhance brand impact

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in graphic design or a related field
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
• Proficiency in web and digital design tools such as HTML, CSS, and Figma is highly preferred
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative range and execution across multiple media formats

Preferred Skills and Experiences

• Experience working in professional services, legal, or B2B industries
• Familiarity with motion graphics or video editing tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro)
• Knowledge of UX/UI principles and collaboration with developers on digital projects
• Ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
• Strong communication skills for presenting and justifying design choices to stakeholders
