- 10 years of experience in management consulting
- A proven track record as a Partner or senior leader within a recognized consulting firm
- A strong commercial network and client footprint in the U.S. (experience Life Sciences is highly valued)
- A reputation as a trusted advisor at senior executive level
- A distinct entrepreneurial mindset — you build, you lead, you take ownership
