- Financial planning, cost optimization, and capital management
- Finance systems and reporting transformation
- Build trusted senior client relationships
- Contribute to business development and practice growth
- Coach and develop consultants
- Facilitate executive workshops and steer complex stakeholder landscapes
What You Bring
- Several years of experience from a reputable management consultancy
- Expertise in Finance, Risk, or Regulatory Transformation
- A proven track record of leading complex programs
- Experience advising senior finance and risk stakeholders
- An entrepreneurial mindset and appetite to help build a growing practice
- Master’s degree (preferred) or bachelor’s degree with outstanding academic results
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
- Willingness to complete a comprehensive background check
