Full Time / Part Time Dental Office Receptionist Needed

We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and self motivated experienced dental receptionist to join our team! Our office is an exceptionally modern fee-for-service private practice centrally located in Long Island with state-of-the-art technology, an enthusiastic team, a wonderful patient population, and has an emphasis on quality patient care. The clinicians in the office (including two Dental University Professors) provide all phases of dentistry with an emphasis on implant, cosmetic, and reconstructive dentistry.
Receptionist description includes:
- Answering phones
- Scheduling patient appointments
- Entering dental billing codes
- Filing insurance claims
- Collecting payments
- Other office duties (filing, scanning, copying, etc.).
- Basic computer literacy is required, as well as the ability to learn dental practice management software.
Previous dental experience is preferred. Salary is based on experience level.
