In this role, you'll serve as the technical and functional owner for D365 F&O, partnering with stakeholders to improve financial, supply chain, and operational processes. You'll extend the value of D365 through integration, automation, and pragmatic AI tools — driving scalable, efficient systems that evolve with the business. By connecting technical depth with business insight, you'll simplify operations and empower teams to work smarter, not harder. What You Will Do:Application Programming & Technical Ownership Lead hands-on technical and operational ownership of D365 F&O, including architecture, configuration, and integration with other enterprise applications (e.g., CRM, HRMS, PLM, and analytics tools)Design, develop, and maintain custom scripts, workflows, and automation tools to extend system functionality and improve business efficiencyAnalyze existing code, configuration, and processes to identify opportunities for optimization, scalability, and stabilityTroubleshoot and resolve complex functional and technical issues, ensuring minimal business disruption and maintaining system reliabilityCollaborate with internal developers, system administrators, and business stakeholders to define, test, and deploy changesSystem Enhancements & Process Optimization Architect and implement enhancements to D365 F&O modules, with a focus on Finance, Supply Chain, and Master Planning and related systemsTranslate business requirements into functional and technical specifications aligned with organizational objectives Leverage data insights and user feedback to drive continuous system and process improvementDocument detailed business process models, including "as-is" and "to-be" states, to guide design decisions and training initiativesImplementation, Training & Support Create and maintain technical documentation, configuration records, and process guides for internal use and knowledge sharingDevelop and deliver end-user training and onboarding materials to promote system adoption and effective useServe as a tier-2 escalation point for complex system or integration issues, collaborating across departments to drive timely resolutionProject Management & Governance Lead cross-functional system projects — including D365 upgrades, integrations, and new feature implementations — from design through deploymentOversee vendor and implementation partner activities, ensuring adherence to architectural standards, timelines, and quality requirementsManage systems under SOX governance frameworks, including audit evidence collection and compliance documentationBalance priorities across multiple workstreams, assessing downstream impacts and mitigating risks to stakeholdersWhat You Will Bring:Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)8 years proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role5 years directly supporting or implementing Dynamics AX or D365 F&O, including module configuration, workflow customization, and user enablement3 years working within finance and operations organizations, documenting and optimizing business processes2 years of experience with programming or scripting (e.g., C#, PowerShell, Python) and API-based system integrations2 years experience with other enterprise applications (e.g., Salesforce, ADP, Concur, Workday) and understanding of cross-system data flowsExposure to automated testing tools such as RSAT, Executive Automats, or Selenium in a D365 environmentStrong understanding of data management, system integration, and automation principlesFamiliarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and enterprise compliance frameworks (ITIL, SOX, Lean)Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills — with a proven ability to collaborate across business and technical teams. Compensation & Benefits:The benefits listed below may vary depending on the nature of your employment with Impinj and the country where you work.The typical base pay range for this role across the US is $126,100 - $189,200. Individual base pay depends on various factors such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties, requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Both market wage data and the mid-point of the pay range is reviewed and used as the starting point for all new hire offers. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time.At Impinj certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee's role.
