Daily Responsibilities
- Talk with customers to understand their needs and match them with the right vehicle
- Manage the sales process from first contact to closing
- Make follow-up calls and handle leads to drive sales
- Negotiate pricing and help customers explore financing options
- Keep vehicle listings accurate and inventory organized
- Deliver excellent customer service before and after the sale
- Work with the team to hit sales goals and keep the process moving
What You Need
- Experience in automotive or retail sales (preferred)
- Sales Experience (Required)
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Motivated, dependable, and driven to hit goals
- Ability to manage leads and follow-up calls
- Positive attitude and team-player mindset
