Our client, a well-established paving and asphalt contractor, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced leader in heavy civil and paving who can oversee large-scale projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple paving/asphalt projects simultaneously.
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, and overall performance to ensure profitability and quality.
- Collaborate with superintendents, field crews, subcontractors, and clients to deliver successful outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business.
- Mentor and develop project engineers and junior staff.
Qualifications
- 8 years of progressive project management experience in paving, asphalt, or heavy civil construction.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and industry-standard tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred but not required).
