Duties & Responsibilities
- Conducting routine inspections of premises & equipment.
- Performing preventative maintenance to ensure equipment runs smoothly.
- Handling basic repairs and maintenance which may include plumbing, painting, flooring repair, electrical repairs, & heating & air conditioning system maintenance.
- Overseeing contractors for professional repairs when necessary.
- Diagnosing mechanical issues & implementing corrective actions.
- Repairing machines, equipment, or structures as needed.
- 1-5 Years of Experience
- Proficiency in the use of hand & power tools.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints & repair manuals.
- Experience with precision measuring instruments or electronic testing devices.
- Strong organizational & follow-up skills, with an eye for detail.
- Professional presentation & attitude, with the ability to maintain focus while working individually.
- Strong time management skills & physical stamina.
