In this role, you'll partner with Sales, customers, and cross-functional teams to manage projects from start to finish, keeping stakeholders aligned, timelines on track, and objectives moving forward.
What You'll Do
- Manage customer-focused projects from planning through execution.
- Partner with Sales to understand customer needs and business priorities.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and key deliverables.
- Facilitate meetings, track progress, and communicate project updates.
- Identify risks, troubleshoot challenges, and implement solutions.
- Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Support continuous improvement efforts that enhance processes and customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2 years of experience in project coordination, sales support, customer service, marketing, or a related business function.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Smartsheet is a plus.
- Hybrid work arrangement with an expectation of two days per week minimum in-office
