We are looking for a driven, organized, and resourceful CEO Assistant to support the CEO in day-to-day operations, project coordination, scheduling, communication, and business growth tasks.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and wants to be involved in the inner workings of a successful electrical contracting business.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize the CEO’s daily schedule, meetings, reminders, and priorities
- Assist with project coordination, follow-ups, and client communications
- Prepare documents, emails, proposals, and reports as needed
- Track tasks, deadlines, and commitments across multiple projects
- Support hiring, onboarding, and internal communication processes
- Gather updates from project managers and field staff
- Maintain organization across company systems, job folders, and databases
- Help streamline workflows and implement business systems
- Represent the CEO professionally through calls, texts, and emails
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Great communication skills; clear, respectful, and proactive
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at once without dropping details
- Problem solver who doesn’t wait to be told what to do
- Comfortable with technology (Google Workspace, spreadsheets, digital filing, etc.)
- Experience in construction or electrical contracting is a major plus
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and use good judgment
