You will:
- Plan, manage, and coordinate the daily activities for the warehouse within shipping operations
- Effectively forecast volume, staffing, and supply needs to meet productivity and expense budgets
- Walk the warehouse to ensure building conditions are maintained
- Identify potential safety hazards and correct them as necessary
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with the warehouse team and supply chain
- Develop productive associates through training and coaching
- Perform other duties as assigned, including special projects
You have:
- 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in the distribution industry
- A working knowledge of government regulations regarding warehouse operations
- Strong leadership and engagement skills
- Experience implementing process improvements
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
