Sales Service Clerk

The Sales Support team provides administrative assistance to Sales Representatives to free them up to focus on the task of selling by providing them with information that might not be readily accessible to them and helping them navigate the different departments within the organization.

The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm.

Salary: $22.00 - $23.00/HR

You Will

• Support Sales Representatives
• Check open orders
• Retrieve previously placed purchase orders
• Provide addresses and contact information
• Confirm inventory levels and receiving dates
• Create quotes for rep-controlled customers or prospects, including items, pricing, and mark-up
• Run various reports: sales history, modified item summary, order guides, etc.
• Coordinate with internal departments on sourcing and item requests
  
  

You Have

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years product and industry knowledge.
• Proficient Microsoft Office Skills including Excel
